Environmental Working Group's Tuna Calculator.

Hi all,

Hope you all are doing well.  I have had quite an exhausting start to my day -- triggered by a string of Telemarketing phone calls.  Now i'm becoming really cautious when answering to unknown/private numbers.  I also plan on turning on the phone's ringer right after breakfast which will allow me to savor my meal peacefully.

Anyway, now onto the fishy subject. Tuna seem to be the only fish I reach for especially when making homemade Fish Cakes and I was very thrilled to stumble upon this tool which I know you fish lovers will also embrace.

According to EWG  the FDA says it's safe to consume  12 ounces of a variety of fish per week.  EWG thinks otherwise -- refer to  the full article. This calculator will solve the guessing game of how much tuna you actually can consume on a weekly basis. Simply enter your weight and select your gender to populate the answer. I'm bookmarking this one -- very handy tool.

Peace & Blessings!
